A two days Consultative Workshop for reviewing the draft roadmap on application of epidemiologic principles for public health action in Bangladesh was held on 21 to 22 June , 2010 at IEDCR Conference Room. Mr. Sheikh Altaf Ali (Secretary, Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, Govt. of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh) were the Chief Guest and Professor Dr. Shah Monir Hossain ( Director General, Directorate General of Health Services) were the Special Guest in this workshop. In this Workshop all the Facilitators Discuss about draft roadmap on application of epidemiologic principles for public health action in Bangladesh, Capacity Strengthening, Epidemiological Surveillance and Research. This Workshop jointly Organized by IEDCR, WHO, icddr,b, NIPSOM,DGHS,IPH,Medical College.
